The Lea Deer Run Tri-Bunk Bed -- or Triple Bunk Bed as it is usually called -- consists of a regular Deer Run bunk bed and a 625-936 Tri-Bunk extension -- which is actually a twin size loft bed lacking a headboard that attaches directly to the main bed. The fundamental bunk bed can be of any size: the twin over twin is usually the initial option, but you can easily and relatively inexpensively change it into the twin over full version by ordering the 625-980 extension. If you want the full over full bunkbed, you will need to choose that option from the respective store's drop-down menu; it will cost you an additional $150 - $250, depending on the store. You should be aware that with the full over full version the width of the whole construction increases: instead of 120 inches it grows to 135 inches, so make sure you have enough room before ordering.
The main bunk bed, no matter what size it is, can still accommodate the standard Deer Run under bed optional items: for yet another sleeping space, choose the hide-away trundle bed, and if storage is your primary concern the Captain's Bed Box (as seen in the image) will probably do a better job. The empty space below the Tri-Bunk extension is perfect for placing a desk, dresser, TV cabinet -- whatever the situation calls for.
Note: the image above does not accurately represent the footboard of the Tri-Bunk extension; the actual footboard is one solid panel all the way to the floor, with no open space in between. The lower image to the right (click on thumbnail to enlarge) hopefully comes closer.
