Notes

Lea Jackson Creek Twin over Full is actually the same product as the Jackson Creek Twin over Twin Bunk Bed except that it comes with the 302-980 Extension that converts the twin/twin bed into a twin/full one. The ladder is also different; as you can see, here we have the clip-on version, while the twin over twin bed comes with a ladder that reaches all the way down to the floor. And that's about it; everything else is the same. The removable extension is a useful feature in that it can be attached/removed as needed. For example, a full size lower bed may not be required for a smaller child, but as he/she grows, more space/comfort will probably be appreciated. Or -- for a completely opposite scenario -- when the kids grow up and move out you may want to separate the structure into two individual beds for the grand kids to sleep in until they are big enough for a bunk bed. The twin/full extension in this case will be redundant and can be removed until such time comes when it will be useful again.
