Bunk Beds and Loft Beds with Staircase

There are several good reasons why buying a bunk bed with stairs is a good idea, but one of them stands head and shoulders above the rest: safety. If you are thinking of getting a bunk or loft bed for the kids room -- but shudder at a mere thought of your precious one(s) climbing that ladder up and down over and again, then you really have only one choice: bunk bed with stairs.

A stairway represents by far the safest and easiest way to reach the top bunk. Period. Especially when designed and constructed properly, as is the case with Berg products presented here: their staircases feature broad, generous steps with non-slid treads plus a handrail, all of which allows for a comfortable and safe access to the top bed.

In addition to providing peace of mind to parents, a staircase can also contribute some extra storage space, since each of the stairs can and usually does house a deep, spacious drawer. Furthermore, stairways are also known to be used as a stadium-style seating area for family & friend get-togethers.

Downsides? A staircase takes some space, but one could argue that the built in drawers more than make up for it. The whole configuration will also cost a bit more, since producing a stairway is quite a bit more complex than producing a simple ladder.
